Making document acknowledgments in the factory area, instead of at an office desk with a computer, is easily achievable using the Nive Notis application on a phone. In this scenario, one of the application's features is configured as \"document acknowledgment.\" The acknowledged document can be either selected from a list or easily identified on-site, for example using a QR code or NFC tag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

in addition to the information about the acknowledged document, the system automatically captures details about the person who made the acknowledgment, along with a timestamp. If desired, it can also include location coordinates or an address of the acknowledgment.
